SPACES

Barton Court offers a number of distinct spaces across the estate, each suited to a different scale of wedding.

Smaller celebrations may take place entirely within The Manor House, while larger weddings make use of the gardens and estate buildings.

Together, these spaces allow weddings to feel cohesive, while remaining appropriate to the number of guests.

 The Manor House

The Manor at Barton Court is suited to small, intimate weddings held indoors. For micro weddings and small celebrations, ceremonies, drinks and dining can take place within the Georgian rooms, allowing everyone to remain together in one contained setting.

This option works best for close family and friends, where the emphasis is on being together rather than moving between spaces. The scale of the rooms supports a relaxed, informal atmosphere and allows the day to unfold comfortably within the house.

 The Gardens & Marquee

For larger weddings, the gardens provide space for outdoor ceremonies, drinks and marquee receptions. A marquee allows celebrations to expand comfortably while remaining connected to the house and grounds.

This option offers flexibility in layout and flow, particularly for summer weddings. The views towards the Malvern Hills provide a beautiful backdrop throughout the day.

 The Saw Mill

The Saw Mill, where once the trees grown on the estate were planed for use, is now a converted estate building used for ceremonies, dining and evening celebrations as part of larger weddings.

Its characterful interior with aged beams and exposed brickwork provides a romantic but practical and adaptable space that works well alongside the gardens and marquee, allowing celebrations to continue regardless of the weather.

 The Dutch Barn

The Dutch Barn offers an additional covered space within the estate, often used in conjunction with the Saw Mill or marquee. This was once where the estate vehicles were repaired.

It has now been transformed into a light and airy space that provides flexibility for larger guest numbers and can be used for receptions, dining or evening gatherings, depending on the structure of the day.

 The Engine Room

It’s hard to believe that this lovely romantic, light-filled barn was once the home of a traction engine!

It has a wonderful atmosphere with a true sense of occasion.

Very easy to decorate and personalise, it is just the right size for ceremonies that include around 40 guests.

The right combination of spaces depends on the shape of your wedding. Why not book a showround and see for yourself?
